SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - Hausmann Construction, the company responsible for constructing the Woodbury County Law Enforcement Center, has entered a settlement between itself and a subcontractor.

Earlier this summer, Hausmann Construction was sued by Lieber Construction. When the law enforcement center (LEC) was being constructed, Hausmann subcontracted with Lieber. In its lawsuit, Lieber accused Hausmann of breaching their contract and owing them over $150,000.

The lawsuit was filed in federal court, and on Wednesday, Sept. 3, the court learned that both companies had settled. The details of that settlement were not in the court documents.
