Liam Neeson ‘s youngest son, Daniel Neeson , is officially engaged to his long-time girlfriend Natalie Ackerman .

On Saturday (September 6), Daniel asked Natalie to marry him while the pair were on a romantic cruise in New York City, via People . Daniel and Natalie began dating in 2017 while they were both attending New Orleans College.

“I could write novels on why I love Natalie , but there’s something deeper, something so cosmic about our relationship that I know we’re meant to be in this universe together,” he told the outlet.

The son of Liam and the late Natasha Richardson , Daniel says he sees his mother in Natalie .

He then added, “I see life in Nat , and reality just got a whole lot sweeter with a ring on it.”
