HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - A shark was spotted swimming in the Kaiser Bowls area Monday morning.

The Honolulu Ocean Safety Department issued a warning at 11 a.m. about a non-aggressive 8-to-9-foot shark seen in the channel.

Remember to check with lifeguards for any ocean safety questions.
