Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Liam Coen, apparently, saw enough from Travis Etienne Jr. on Sunday to decide it was time to move on from running back Tank Bigsby.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Jaguars have traded Tank Bigsby to the defending Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles in exchange for fifth and sixth-round draft picks in 2026.
The 24-year-old Bigsby has two years remaining on his rookie deal, keeping him in Philly through the 2026 season.
Bigsby saw limited playing time in the Jaguars’ 26-10 victory over the Carolina Panthers on Sunday, recording just 12 rushing yards on five carries, per ESPN. Travis Etienne Jr. led the way with 143 rushing yards on 16 carries, and quarterback Trevor Lawrence picked up 12 yards on four carries.
