OMAHA, Neb. —

A suspect accused in a deadly shooting in July will go to trial.

Mio Miguel Raul Miranda, 20, is charged with accessory to a felony in the death of 22-year-old Sirr Bonner .

He waived his preliminary hearing and his case was bound over to district court for trial, according to court documents.

Bonner was shot and killed near 120th and Miami streets in July. He died at the hospital from his injuries.

Logan Pedrosa, 15, is charged as an adult with second-degree murder and use of a firearm to commit a felony in Bonner's death.

Mercy Mendoza-Gutierrez is also charged with accessory to a felony in the case. Prosecutors said she helped the suspect get away from the scene.
