A dispute in an East Hollywood McDonald’s drive-thru line ended in gunfire over the weekend, leaving one man dead and another in jail on a manslaughter charge.

Los Angeles police said the confrontation began when the driver of one car allegedly brake-checked the vehicle behind him, triggering a heated exchange. Moments later, 21-year-old Humberto Delgado allegedly opened fire, killing 30-year-old Felix and injuring his fiancée, Kerin Gonzalez-Molina.

Gonzalez-Molina shared with KTLA video she recorded in the moments before and after the shooting. In the video, she can be heard questioning the other driver about damage to his car. “Where did we hit you? Where is the damage? Because our thing had sensors and it stopped right before,” she said.
