After three straight one-score games and only one win to show for it , Kansas State football coach Chris Klieman admitted that the Wildcats are frustrated.

"Obviously, we're not in a great mental state," Klieman said. "I think we realize when we go back and watch these last three games, we see how close we are, but close doesn't count."

Now 1-2, with the one win coming against an FCS opponent that required a last-minute drive to secure, frustration hasn't been restricted to just those coaching the team or wearing the uniforms. The boos Kansas State heard as it ran to the locker room after a poor first half against North Dakota have become louder, whether it's on social media or in person from those who once hoped the Wildcats could make a push for a Big 12 championship.
