The Prince and Princess of Wales’ charitable organization The Royal Foundation has poached another senior executive from the world of U.K. entertainment.

Paramount ‘s U.K. chief Sarah Rose is set to leave the studio to become CEO at the Foundation, taking over from Amanda Berry, who left her role as BAFTA CEO to take the same position in 2022.

A hugely respected TV exec, Rose has been president of Paramount’s Channel 5 and the studio’s U.K. regional lead since February 2024. In a note to staff sent on Tuesday, she said joining the Foundation was “career-defining, unique role which I simply could not turn down.”
