On Saturday, the Culturas Unidas Festival will return to Main Street in Marion and this time it will celebrate our community’s resilience from Helene.

“Join us as Centro Unido brings the heart of the community to life at the Culturas Unidas Festival 2025 — a celebration of resilience, culture, and unity in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene,” reads a news release from Centro Unido Latino Americano.

This year’s theme, “United After the Storm: Resilience, Culture, and Community,” honors the strength and solidarity that emerged in our region when local residents needed it most. From colorful performances to cultural exhibits, food, music and community resources, the festival promises a day filled with connection and celebration.
