LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Another great day for Kentuckians as we continue to track dry & sunny skies in our area.
A region of high pressure is doing its best to keep our skies clear, with only a few passing clouds amid today’s sunshine-filled forecast. Temps start with that chilly fall feel in the 40s, but will warm in the afternoon. Temperatures peak around the upper 70s.
Relatively consistent sunshine will help our temperatures to gradually increase by a few degrees, returning back to average for this time of year by the end of the week. High temps will be in the mid 80s with lows in the 50s in the overnights.
Our next rain chance will be coming into play early next week - with some bigger changes in the forecast in store.
Have a great Tuesday - enjoy the sunshine!
