FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — Jury selection begins today for the man accused of killing his father in Seekonk in 2021.
The second suspect, Christopher Heron, was sentenced Monday to life in prison for his role in the murder.
Heron was found guilty of second-degree murder of Joseph Housley, Sr.
Heron and Joseph “JD” Housley, Jr. were 18 at the time when the two were accused of shooting and killing Housley’s father at his apartment on Forsythe Circle.
Heron will be eligible for parole in 18 years.
