DCPS has most schools in gold status across Kentucky

HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) - Daviess County Public Schools claims a state lead.

Officials say the district has the most schools receiving "gold status" from Kentucky's Department of Education Student Technology Leadership Program. The district has seven schools earning the gold status.

That status is awarded to schools that demonstrate a commitment to the program.

It empowers student learning through the use of technology-based solutions.
