SOUTH WINDSOR, Conn. (WTNH) -- A man was arrested on a warrant after police said he took juveniles to steal merchandise from Target last year in South Windsor.

Joshua E. Middleton, 44, of Springfield, was arrested on Thursday and charged with risk of injury to a child.

According to police, the incident happened in April 2024, and the suspect left before authorities arrived.

Middleton turned himself in and was released on a $10,000 non-surety bond. He is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on Wednesday, Sept. 24.
