LOS ANGELES – A man found shot to death inside a car parked in the Brentwood area was identified Monday.

The discovery was made at 10:15 p.m. Friday at 1223 S. Bundy Drive at Wilshire Boulevard, according to a desk officer at the Los Angeles Police Department’s Operations Center.

The victim was identified by the L.A. County medical examiner’s office as Greg Mkrchyan, 43, of Granada Hills. He was pronounced dead at the scene after suffering multiple gunshot wounds.

A suspect fired multiple rounds at the car Mkrchyan was in and fled the scene, police said.
