Charlie Brooker is taking a break from his “Black Mirror” duties with Netflix to embark on something a little different at the streamer: a four-part detective series.

Now in production, the ‘Untitled Charlie Brooker Project’ (unsurprisingly, a working title) is described in the logline as a “stunningly original crime thriller in which a tormented detective from the Northern city of Bleakford ventures down to London on a mission to catch a ritualistic serial killer before they run out of people to kill.” As it notes, the show: “Contains blood and frowning.”

Leading the show will be Paddy Considine (“House of the Dragon,” “MobLand”), Georgina Campbell (“Barbarian,” “Watchers”) and Lena Headey (“Game of Thrones,” “The Abandons”). “Black Mirror” fans will likely spot that Campbell is
