Saquon Barkley isn’t expecting Giants fans to want him back in blue, white and red anytime soon.
Former Giants quarterback Eli Manning joked that Barkley, who played for the Giants for the first six years of his career before leaving for Philadelphia ahead of the 2024 season, should switch teams when the Giants host the Eagles on Oct. 9.
That date is the same day a new documentary on Barkley drops on Prime Video, which famed director Martin Scorsese is producing, and Manning joked during Monday’s edition of the “Manningcast” on ESPN that Barkley switching teams in that game would be a quintessential Scorsese twist.
“I don’t think any Giants fan ever wants to see me in a Giants uniform again,” Barkley said.
