Goodwill’s Lower Paxton Township store is loaded with treasures, from winter coats and Halloween costumes to Brooks Brothers men’s suit jackets and cookbooks.

Everything sells at a fraction of the prices charged at big-box and department stores.

It’s why shoppers like Kylee Moyers of Annville regularly comb the store’s racks.

“I look for fun patterns and things that are different that I haven’t normally seen before. I look at the trends and I look at quality of materials,” she said.

Moyers shopped the women’s sweater section, piling finds into a cart on a recent Tuesday when blue tag items were marked $2.

Thrifting is a lucrative side hustle for Moyers, who is a professional occupational therapy assistant and resells her clothing on sites like Depop and Poshmark for extra income.
