A Cincinnati restaurant is getting some national recognition, making The New York Times' list of "America's Best Restaurants 2025."

The list is described as The Times' "favorite places in America right now" to eat at, and was curated by reporters and editors of the newspaper. Advertisement

The list identifies restaurants known for their delicious dishes, mastery of craft, as well as a "generosity of spirit and a singular point of view." NYT reporters and editors took 76 flights to visit 33 different states, consuming more than 200 meals in order to create their list.

The article states editors did not let restaurants know of their visit ahead of time, dining under the radar without bias.
