RECKLESS VEHICLE: 2:44 p.m. at North Santa Cruz Avenue and West Main Street. A black Chevy Denali was erratically driving in the wrong direction. The driver was screaming at workers and asking where his girlfriend was. Police said they couldn’t locate the driver.
