The Town of Gravenhurst is pleased to announce it is now accepting nominations for Community Spirit Awards and Lions Sports Hall of Fame Awards.

“The intent is to recognize outstanding contributions and achievements,” Mayor Heidi Lorenz said.

The Community Spirit Awards categories are as follows:

Outstanding Volunteerism

Outstanding Achievement Beyond The Local Level

Act of Good Samaritan

Outstanding Volunteerism During Snow/Ice Storms

The Lions Sports Hall of Fame categories are as follows:

Individual Achievement (Local, Provincial, National, International)

Citizen (Volunteers, Coaches, Officials, Sponsors, etc.)

Local Teams (Provincial, National, International Championship)

Sports Memorabilia Submissions For Consideration
