NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Metro Police seized drugs, a gun and thousands of dollars in cash after first responders were called to treat a man found unconscious in the Opryland area.

According to court documents, just after 8:30 a.m. Monday, officers were called to Fiddler's Inn on Music Valley Drive after medics found drugs while they were treating a man who was unconscious in the driver's seat of his vehicle. When officers arrived, they found cocaine and Xanax pills in plain view.

The man, 36-year-old Michael Scott, reportedly refused medical treatment, telling officers that he slept in his vehicle after an altercation with another person at the hotel.
