A tasty new reality TV show filmed in Upstate New York is on Netflix’s monthly debut menu.

“Next Gen Chef”, a cooking competition reality series filmed at the Culinary Institute of America , premieres on Sept. 17. The Culinary Institute of America, one of the most prestigious culinary schools in the world, is housed in Hyde Park, a town perched on the Hudson River in the Hudson Valley .

The show marks Netflix’s “most prestigious competition reality series to date,” What’s on Netflix reported.

According to the streaming giant, “Next Gen Chef” is on the hunt for the next generation’s top chef.
