OSCODA – Oscoda’s American Youth Soccer Organization opened its fall 2025 season Saturday morning on the Wurtsmith Athletic Fields. A total of 175 players lined up for Opening Ceremonies.

The 15u Hawks began their campaign in West Branch. The Hawks faced off with West Branch 1 but fell in a tough hard fought battle, 3-2. Oscoda scored a goal in the first half when Christian Brault stole the ball and sent a pass straight though the middle that Jaiden Fulco received and blasted into the netting. The Hawks found themselves down 2-1 at the half.

Oscoda evened the score when Fulco connected with Jace Hupcik for the goal. West Branch got the go ahead late in the match. Aiden Sheffer made two first half saves. Evan Agergael made seven in the second half. Brault led the defense with four steals
