SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. – Spokane County residents will soon have the chance to hear from the candidates vying to become the next county prosecutor. The public interviews are set for Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. in the lower level of the Spokane County Public Works Building at 1026 W. Broadway Ave.

The Spokane County Commission is nearing its deadline to replace former Prosecutor Larry Haskell, who resigned in July during his third term. The commission is required by state law to select from nominees put forward by Haskell's party, the Republicans.
