Kelechi Iheanacho insists Brendan Rodgers has a "gift" for coaching and he simply couldn't turn down the chance to benefit from it once more.
The former Man City and Leicester star penned a one-year deal with the the Celtic after the transfer window had closed.
Amid fan fury at a perceived lack of backing for Rodgers from the board, his capture on a free transfer from Sevilla did little to calm things down.
But having worked under Rodgers at the Foxes, Iheanacho is relishing the prospect of doing it again in Glasgow and being "looked after" by the Irishman.
"He's been massively important in my career," Iheanacho told Celtic TV. "He looked after me when I was in Leicester and gave me the opportunity to show my talent and help the team to win trophies.
"He's a great ma
