Be on the lookout in the office. A new ice cream inspired Girl Scout cookie is on the way.

Girl Scouts of the USA announced that Exploremores, a rocky road ice cream–inspired sandwich cookie, will join the lineup in 2026.

The new offering is filled with all the flavors associated with the iconic ice cream including chocolate, marshmallow and toasted almond–flavored crème.

“Exploremores reflect the spirit of exploration at the heart of every Girl Scout,” a news release said.

Girl Scouts across the United States will offer the Exploremores cookie nationally, both online and in person at local booths, alongside longtime fan favorites like Thin Mints, Tagalongs and Samoas /Caramel deLites.
