Soon after announcing the restoration of their classic logo, Cracker Barrel is walking back another controversial change.

On Tuesday, the restaurant and retail chain announced on its social media platforms that they would no longer be remodeling their locations, doing away with their plan to replace the darker themes and oil lamps with cleaner, simplistic dining areas.

"You’ve shared your voices in recent weeks not just on our logo, but also on our restaurants," the announcement read. "We heard clearly that the modern remodel design does not reflect what you love about Cracker Barrel....The vintage Americana you love will always be here."
