SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) - Rescue One shared a happy update regarding a severely neglected dog named Chance. Thanks to patience, love, and care from his foster dad, Stephen Brewster, he’s a new dog. We can officially announce he is ready to be adopted!
