ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- Two people were arrested after a shots fired incident on Tuesday morning.

Marquice A. Waller, 37, was charged by the Albemarle County Police Department with five felonies, including two counts of attempted malicious wounding, two counts of using a firearm in the commission of a felony and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
