Action 8 News has learned that the suspect in a kidnapping case in Pike Road has also been charged in two prior cases that all involve the same victim.

As Action 8 News has reported , 20-year-old Donald Jackson, Jr., of Clanton has been charged with kidnapping and domestic violence. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office says on Sunday, September 7, they were called to Barnes Road and Meriwether Road where they discovered a female victim had been assaulted and kidnapped.

The Sheriff’s Office says it found Jackson as he was heading into Chilton County and took him into custody. The victim was rescued.

Action 8 News has found through court records two prior cases against Jackson.
