CASS CO., Mo. (KCTV) - A Missouri murder suspect who cut his ankle monitor months before a jury trial was expected to begin has been found and arrested.
The Cass County, Missouri, Sheriff’s Office says that around 12:45 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 9, law enforcement officials arrested Richard Z. Holliday, 41, on State Route 291 south of Lake Winnebago.
Investigators noted that Holliday had been wanted on two warrants out of Jackson County for murder and burglary.
Court documents indicate that Holliday was indicted on charges of murder in the second degree, armed criminal action and unlawful possession of a firearm in July of 2024.
