Old Navy is soon set to sell beauty products.

Gap Inc., the parent company of Old Navy, as well as Banana Republic and Athleta, announced on Thursday that it would be making its foray into the beauty industry.

According to a press release from the company, a pilot program will launch this fall in 150 Old Navy stores, which will offer shoppers a curated selection of beauty and personal care products. Some Old Navy stores will even feature dedicated beauty sections and trained beauty associates.

Next year is when Gap Inc. really plans to sink its heels into the beauty business, writing: “In 2026, the company plans to seed to scale its Old Navy beauty business, as well as launch brand-right expressions across the portfolio.”
