MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Memphis-Shelby County Schools (MSCS) will offer a Fall Break Learning Academy next month, school officials said.

The program gives students an opportunity to continue learning during fall break.

MSCS said students in kindergarten through eighth grade can attend at 19 sites in the district. Elementary and middle school students will receive enrichment in reading and math along with physical education, art or music, officials said.

The academy will be held Oct. 13-16 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Meals will be provided free to students, MSCS said.
