Charla Hansen, the Harwood City Auditor, confirms there will be a special session Wednesday evening. It’s scheduled to include the rezoning and other items specified on the agenda .
In August, dozens of residents gathered to express their concerns about the project including potential environmental impacts, the safety and future of Harwood elementary students, water quality and land usage.
