NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - A man was hit twice by an SUV following a road rage incident in Nashville on Tuesday, September 9, according to the Metro Nashville Police Department.
The victim was the passenger in a pedicab that had been involved in a road rage situation with a black SUV, an affidavit shows.
Both vehicles pulled into the Nashville Rescue Mission parking lot on Lafayette Street, officers reported.

When the victim began walking in the parking lot, police said the driver of the black SUV hit him twice. The driver was later identified as 40-year-old Jesus Herrera Torres.
