HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) - Marshall University is reminding students and drivers to stay alert on and around campus with its “Heads Up, Herd” pedestrian safety campaign.

Marshall Police and the City of Huntington gave students a shot at operating a distracted driver simulator.

The simulator highlights the risks drivers face behind the wheel and reinforces the shared responsibility of both drivers and pedestrians in preventing accidents.
