HARTFORD, Conn. — The state of Connecticut has released interim guidance on COVID-19 vaccine distribution for patients, pharmacies, and health insurance companies. Gov. Ned Lamont is issuing the executive actions as the respiratory virus season approaches, and to keep the vaccines accessible to residents.
The state Dept. of Public Health advises that the COVID-19 vaccine "remains the most effective defense to prevent severe COVID-19 disease outcomes."
