DETROIT -- The Athletic reported Wednesday that multiple current and former male executives connected to the Detroit Tigers and related entities have faced allegations of sexual harassment or workplace misconduct, framing the situation as part of a broader “boys’ club” culture.
According to the report , allegations ranged from inappropriate comments and unwanted advances to patterns of dismissive or hostile treatment toward female employees. Some women said complaints were minimized or went unaddressed.
The Tigers disputed that characterization, saying allegations were investigated and acted upon when raised.
