HOMESTEAD, Fla. – A 22-year-old woman was arrested early Sunday after police say she stabbed a man in the back of the neck during an altercation inside her home, according to a newly filed arrest affidavit.
Officers with the Homestead Police Department responded to a residence on SE 35th Avenue around 9 p.m. Saturday, where they found a man suffering from a stab wound to his neck. The victim was rushed to Jackson South Medical Center for treatment.
Investigators later identified the suspect as Zaryanna Renee Marshall, who was taken into custody at the same address just after 1:30 a.m. Sunday. She is facing a charge of attempted felony murder, according to court records.
