FALCON HEIGHTS, Minn. — Three men are facing federal charges for armed robbery after they allegedly robbed three gas stations, causing preparations at the nearby State Fair grounds to temporarily shut down.

The U.S. Attorney's Office shared a press release Wednesday saying that Dylan Charles Jungwirth, 21, Kenneth Toy Spight, 21, and Kemonie Hurd, 18, are charged with robbery.

According to federal prosecutors, the three men used a stolen vehicle and a realistic airsoft gun to threaten gas station employees. Vendors and Minnesota State Fair team members had to stop their work getting ready for the Great Minnesota Get-Together as the crime scenes were nearby and the robbery suspects were still unaccounted for.
