Roc Nation, Caesars Palace and SL Green are vying for one of three new gaming licenses in New York. Their goal is to transform the existing office building at 1515 Broadway into a state-of-the-art gaming and entertainment destination. As part of the bid, the collective has committed to donating $250 million over the next decade for community benefits, which will support Broadway and enhance public health, safety, and security in Times Square and its surrounding neighborhoods. Additionally, they have pledged to contribute 0.5% of their revenue on an ongoing basis to the West Side Community Fund, providing ongoing support for local neighborhoods and residents.
