ST. PAUL — Minnesota politicians are quickly taking to social media to condemn what is being called “political violence” against Charlie Kirk on Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2025.
The conservative commentator was shot Wednesday during an event at Utah Valley University.
President Donald Trump announced on social media Wednesday afternoon that Kirk had died. The motive of the shooter is still unknown, but Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz quickly took to X and condemned what he called an act of targeted violence.
