GLENS FALLS, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Glens Falls High School student has been arrested after allegedly making school shooting threats, according to the Glens Falls City School District. The district said there is no current "imminent threat" to the school.

The arrested student had allegedly made threats involving a school shooting on a third-party messaging platform over the summer, an announcement released by the district on Wednesday said. After being reported by another student on September 4, authorities immediately located the student and removed them from the building before they were arrested by Glens Falls Police.
