In less than an hour, District Court jury found Joseph Marvin Hennigan guilty of four counts of selling marijuana to undercover officers. The verdict came after a day-long trial in which Det. David Lauck told the jury how for several months he posed as a sporting goods salesman interested in dealing drugs. Hennigan, 29, was the second defendant to go on trial, a day after another jury found 24-year-old Tammy Burke guilty of methamphetamine distribution. Eleven others have pleaded to lesser charges. Nine are scheduled for trial next week. County Attorney Jim Murray said the grand jury has indicted 74 people in Campbell County so far. More than half of the drug dealers in the county have been indicted, Murray said, and less than a third of the remaining
