SCIOTO COUNTY, Ohio (WSAZ) - A judge in the Scioto County Court of Common Pleas provisionally suspended Bryan Davis from the Scioto County Commission.

The ruling comes after Davis was indicted last month and charged with 13 felony counts, including corruption, theft in office, and money laundering.

Davis has faced increasing calls to resign, including from his two fellow county commissioners. On Sept. 9, the Scioto County Republican Central Committee also called for Davis to step down.
