CORDELE, Ga. — Two adults were arrested at a youth baseball game after a fight erupted on the field over an umpire's call, according to the Crisp County Sheriff's Office .
They say it happened Saturday at the Youth Ball Complex in Crisp County. Sheriff Billy Hancock released a video saying that the umpire's call at a baseball game caused a fight to break out.
"An umpire made call — made a judgement call," Hancock said. "The coach was very upset about that call."
He says that the coach and the umpire made physical conduct. That's when someone from the stands storm the field and got involved too, Hancock said.
"It was an insolated incident," Hancock said. "It was over a ball game."
