KINGSTON – Ulster County District Attorney Emmaneul Nneji is the one used to grilling witnesses on the stand. But, the tables were turned by members of the Ulster County Legislature’s Ways and Means Committee meeting on Wednesday who wanted hard evidence that the prosecutor needed to flip a part-time investigator into a full-time role in the wake of disturbing child rape allegations by a former police officer and girls’ wrestling coach in Saugerties.
