MOUNT MORRIS — The call is out for volunteer screamers as the Genesee Valley Council on the Arts transforms its building into a haunted sanitorium in October.

The GVCA building was once part of the tuberculosis sanatorium on Murray Hill. As part of the arts council’s “Keep the Arts Alive” campaign the non-profit organization is hosting a haunted house for Halloween and inviting guests to “Survive the Sanitorium.”
