Free health screenings are available Saturday during Mercy Health’s second annual Health and Wellness Fair.

The event from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. takes place at Mercy Health Sylvania Family Medicine, 4126 N. Holland-Sylvania Rd.

Participants can get free vision, blood pressure, and blood sugar checks as well as free lead testing, a release from the health system said. Both the Mercy Health mobile van and mobile mammography van will be on site.

The health and wellness fair includes live entertainment, free food, giveaways and raffle drawings, and fun activities for kids.

Several community and health-care organizations will be available with resources and information.
