A man has been convicted of the murder of Stephen Gray at a flat in Glasgow in 2023.

Gavin Gallagher, 33, was found guilty of the murder which involved a "significant level of violence" at the High Court in Glasgow on Wednesday, September 10.

At around 7pm on Friday, November 3, 2023, officers were called to a block of flats on Southcroft Street in Govan after Stephen was found seriously injured within. The 23-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.

Gallagher is due to be sentenced on Wednesday, October 8, and police say he will face the consequences of his actions following the "shocking attack".
